Radwa Eissa
President
Radwa is a PhD student in the Department of Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering. She is a recipient of the Kummer Innovation and Entrepreneurship Doctoral Fellowship at Missouri University of Science & Technology. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Radwa’s research interests include circular economy, sustainable buildings, green building rating systems, and alternative project delivery methods.
Rosebella Osei
Vice President
Rosebella is a PhD Student in the Engineering Management and Systems Engineering Department specializing in Designing Change Management tools for the Integration of Robotics and Artificial intelligence (AI) in Mining Operations at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Missouri – USA. Rosebella is also the Global Head of Strategy and Alliance for International Women in Mining (IWiM). She has over thirteen years (13 years) Operational and Corporate experience in the Global Mining Industry.
She has a demonstrated track record and specialist expertise in Innovative Technologies, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Organizational Change Management, Strategy, Leadership, ESG, Cultural Transformation and Operations Transition for Mergers and Acquisitions.
Leslie Hatch
Secretary
Leslie is graduated from Missouri State University with a BS in Environmental Biology and Evolution in 2018. Current GTA in the Biological Sciences Department at MS&T. She loves camping and kayaking.

Elieh Mohtashami
Treasurer
Elieh is a PhD student in Geotechnical Engineering at department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at Missouri S&T. She earned her Bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering from University of Tehran, Iran. Her research area concerns with bio-mediated soil improvement techniques. Elieh concerns about environment and human rights. She enjoys reading and cooking in her free time. "I joined GWIS to make my own contribution in promoting women presence and recognition in STEM."
Sarah Locke
National Laison
Sarah Locke is a Chancellor's Distinguished Fellow and a PhD student in Computational and Applied Mathematics. Her research area is in reduced order modeling and error analysis. She earned her a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Tennessee at Martin in May 2016. She grew up on a cattle farm in rural Lynnville, TN. When she has free time she enjoys crocheting, reading, traveling, and taking time to relax from the busyness of graduate school.
Kelsi Leverett
Kelsi Leverett is a PhD candidate and research assistant in the Geologic Engineering department at Missouri S&T. She holds a M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri S&T and a B.S. in Geology with a minor in Geographic Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. Currently, she is working with UAVs and ground penetrating radar to develop novel techniques to create high resolution maps of soil moisture and hydraulic conductivity to improve agricultural management practices. She also servesas the Osage/Maries County service unit leader for the Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland.

Dr. Amy Belfi
Faculty Advisor
Dr. Amy Belfi is Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Psychology at NYU and received her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa. In addition to her scientific work, Amy has served as the Founding President of the GWIS Iowa City Chapter (2014-2015), the GWIS National Public Relations committee chair (2015-2016, 2017-2018), and GWIS National Vice President (2016-2017). She is currently GWIS National President.
